Use Free Online Recipes

There is no longer any need to buy recipe books as you can find thousands of excellent recipes online for free.  My favorite website is allrecipes.com.  Whenever I think of something I want to make but I am not quite sure how, I simply enter in the dish in the search bar and within seconds a whole bunch of different recipes come up.  Most recipes also have reviews and comments that help you to select the one you think you will like the best.  So far everything I have made has turned out great.

Some of my favorite recipes that I have already tested from the site include:

Megan’s Granola  – It tastes really good.  I didn’t use pecans and I added some goji berries.  It’s great for breakfast and you don’t need to eat a lot to feel full.

Best Moist Chocolate Cake – This is a simple and easy way to make chocolate cake from scratch.  It turns out rich and moist. You’ll love it!

Chocolate Icing It comes out tasting very chocolaty!  I used to just use icing sugar, butter, and cocoa powder, but the extra ingredients make the icing taste even better.

After I have tried a recipe, if I really like it, I write the recipe down in a little notebook that I use for my recipe book.  Instead of buying recipe books I just make my own using online recipes.  This saves me money and time as it is quicker to search for a recipe online than flipping through a large cookbook.

Having access to the Internet allows you to have access to a wide variety of different recipes that could never be contained in a single cookbook.  The next time you want to make a funky dish you tried at a restaurant, simply go to Google and type in the name of the dish and you will be sure to find a great recipe so you can make it yourself.  Happy cooking!
